Cabin 17
Cabin 17 was the previous owner's year round home. This cabin is located next to the main lodge. The closest cabin is Cabin 16 located approximately 100' on the left side and the main lodge located approx. 40' on the right side.
The cabin is extremely clean. It features a living room with wood Fireplace, dining / kitchen area, 4 bedrooms and a 4-piece bathroom. This cabin sleeps up to 8 people. Each of the bedrooms has 2 single beds.
Amenities included are electric stove, refrigerator/freezer, small chest freezer, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, silverware, dishware, basic pots & pans, television with DVD player for DVD viewing only, outdoor propane barbecue with picnic table and outdoor fire pit. For our Housekeeping cottages we are providing mattress protectors/pads & fitted sheets only. You NEED to bring your top sheet, blankets, pillows & towels.
This cabin is heated by a forced air oil furnace so that you may warm the cabin up for those cooler early spring and late fall days. One ceiling fan in the living room area for those hot summer days. Please note that this cottage has hot and cold running water that is potable for drinking purposes and tested monthly.
The view from Cabin 17 also features the beach area and main docks. This is a drive up to cabin. Its shared dock easily fits up to 2 private or rental boats.
