When navigating to Lafleche point from the south shoreline gives you the feeling that you are getting close to the main basin of lake Nipissing. This point is excellent for Walleyes, Pike and Bass. Fish by the green navigational channel marker for hours of fun. Do not forget the island in front of Lafleche Point with the crooked pine on its shoreline. This island is also a very fruitful area to fish from.

Walleye: From opening in mid May to Mid August

Northern Pike: From opening in mid May to closing mid October

Bass (largemouth and small mouth): From its opening 4th Saturday of June to mid September

Musky: From its opening in mid June to end July and Mid September to end of October
